Introduction to Sourdough Workshop

Learn how to bake a loaf of sourdough bread at home. In this two hour crash course you'll learn to mix dough by hand, shape, score, and bake naturally-leavened bread. You'll leave with a loaf of bread, some of Evergreen's sourdough starter, our bread formula, and some of our local+organic flour to get you started at home. A light dinner is included!

This is a hog butchering demo and chef's table dinner rolled into one amazing event! Sean will be demonstrating the breakdown of a whole hog from a local farm in our kitchen, followed by multi-course dinner featuring various cuts/parts of that hog. Beer included!
